How to order:
- Choose the size of the base plate.
- Upload a copy of your high resolution logo and a copy of the simulation screenshot (using the free simulator at the bottom of the page if you wish to)
- Select the quantity
- Submit the order
Assembly & Installation:
1. Location Selection: Decide on the optimal location for your sign, ensuring it's visible and aligns with your brand's aesthetic.
2. Marking the Wall: Use a pencil to mark the spots where the standoffs will be placed. For multiple standoffs, ensure they are evenly spaced and aligned.
3. Drilling Pilot Holes: Using an electric drill and appropriate drill bit, drill pilot holes at the marked spots on the wall. Make sure the holes are slightly smaller than the diameter of the screws to ensure a snug fit.
4. Inserting Wall Anchors (if required): If your wall is made of drywall or plaster, insert wall anchors into the pilot holes. This provides extra support for the screws. Simply tap the anchors into the holes until they are flush with the wall.
5. Attaching Standoff Screws to Wall: Screw the standoff screws into the pilot holes or anchors until they are securely attached to the wall. Use a screwdriver to tighten them, ensuring they are straight and level.
6. Mounting the Sign: Place the back of the LED sign over the protruding standoffs, aligning them with the holes or slots on the sign's backplate.
7. Securing the Sign: Once aligned, gently press the sign against the wall to secure it onto the standoffs. Ensure the sign is level using a level tool.
8. Final Adjustments: Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the sign is straight and securely mounted. Tighten the standoffs if needed.
9. Testing the Sign: Plug the LED cable into the nearby powerpoint. Turn on the LED sign to ensure it lights up properly and there are no issues with the installation. **Please get an electrician if you don't have a nearby powerpoint or if you want to connect to wall electrical cable directly to the nearby switch.**
10. Cleanup: Remove any pencil marks or debris from the installation process to leave the area clean and tidy.
