Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

    Returns for change of mind:

    We do not offer returns for change of mind. If you have received a defective product, please contact us via email (laserdargonau@gmail.com) and we can work together on a solution.

    To be eligible for a return (if applicable), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return shipping fee will be by buyer own expense.

    Return and refunds (case by case basis):

    The total processing time for your refund including delivery, handling and bank processing time is up to 21 days, provided there are no Australia Post/Courier delays.

    Depending on current transit times it may take up to 10 business days for your return to arrive at its return location.

    Once received, we will process your request within 10 business days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your payment method), and email you once your order has been refunded.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially debited back to your account.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Loss items:

    If you believe that you have been waiting for a long period of time and the parcel didn’t arrive, please contact your local post office immediately for further assistant. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Australia Post will take the responsibility for the parcel. If you would like your order to have extra cover, please contact us via email (laserdargonau@gmail.com).

    Sale items/Personalised Items:

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and personalised items cannot be refunded or returned.

    Exchanges (if applicable):

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we do not offer exchange of items.

    How to return the product:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
