If you want to start a new custom project with us, please visit this link to send us your submission enquiry (here). The easiest and quickest way of starting this custom project is providing us your own vector files (e.g. in the format of svg, pdf and ai) and utilising our custom laser cutting and engraving service.
If vector file isn't available or accessible to you, there are a few options that you can get your idea into reality by:
1) outsourcing a graphic designer of your choice and send us the vector file for custom laser cutting and engraving services
2) requesting a custom designing and drawing services on our website
3) trying to learn the designing process by yourself via youtube (here)! Believe in yourself is not that difficult to learn to draw on Adobe Illustrator (there is a trial version that you can download).
For the material options, sometime the colour viewed online can be a little bit off from the actual colour in real life. To get an exact idea, you can purchase the material blanks colour set from us for your own reference.
For the sizing, the easiest way to get an idea is to print out a copy of what you want and view the actual size with a ruler. Seeing is believing.
Yes and No. Not all of our products can be customised to suit your needs. If there are available for customisation, you can find the customisation options in the product listing. If you have any special needs, feel free to contact us by email.
We are happy for you to be creative in making anything you want with the laser cut pieces that you have purchased from us. In this case, you can sell the end product pieces that you have made or for personal use. However, the design remains the property of Laser Dragon and Zyllion Pty Ltd. It may not be copied or reproduced by a third party or used for mold casting and reselling the design (unless permission has been granted).
For the custom order design, we will not re-distribute your designs in their original state in any form. Please check and make sure you own the Copyrights or rights of use for the designs or images found online before you submitting the custom order request. We cannot provide our cutting and engraving services for the designs that you do not own the Copyrights or rights of use. If you are unsure, please contact the creator of the designs for their terms of use.
We might share a photograph of your project on our website or social media accounts with credits toward you or your business (remember to tag us too at @laserdragonau or #laserdragonau as we love sharing your happiness) If you are not comfortable with it, please let us and we will remove it.
Usually within 7-9 business days, but it may change due to our capacity.
Once the order is finished, it will be dispatched on the day and the shipping time will be depending on Australia Post Office capacity, which is usually 3-5 days for standard postage.
It will only speed up the shipping time from 3-5days to 1-3 days (depending on Australia Post Office Covid-19 situation), but not on the processing time.

We make sure all the orders carefully pack for it to arrive at your hand safely. Due to the nature of the material, damage can happen during transit. If your order arrive damage, please email us within 24 hours after receiving the item with photo as a proof. Please make sure you contact us within this period so that we can arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
